MY GLASSES!

Me being stupid and re-inacting the scene in every Scooby episode where Velma loses her glasses. I was surprised by all the trick or treaters that liked my costume :3

Having her(you) look for Velma's glasses really makes this seem so much more Scooby-like! Unlike then(the 60s and 70s), if she simply got herself lasik surgery for her eyes today, she'd never have to worry about losing them again! Of course, she wouldn't trip up the villain at just the right moment, or mistake them for Shaggy and Scooby either...so I can see why they keep her with them! Absolutely marvelous costume!:)

Thanks, all the older people liked that costume, one girl asked if I was Wilma... Her friend looked at her like she was stupid.

I always thought that if any of "the gang" really liked Velma they would have bought her one of those old lady string glasses catcher things (Sorry I can't think of what it's called ;P ) But yeah the show would have had less hijinks. Poor Velma! Hehe

Well she only had a blonde curly wig on as a costume, regular clothes ;P I got the sense she didn't care about much

I had a friend that dressed as Velma last Halloween. She was really close to looking just like her.

I think I'm about a foot too tall to really pull off Velma ;P Does your friend have a DA/picture of it? I love Halloween costumes so I like looking at pictures!
